Tin miners cottage
This lovely cottage is divided into two, one is the owner's and the other is holiday accommodation. It was a tin miner's cottage, the mine is 250 metres to the left of the cottage as you look at photo. The area is called Lampen, nearest Village is St Neot which is maybe a mile or so away.

St Neot: crosses in churchyard
Several ancient crosses stand in the churchyard, but the carved cross probably dates from about the 10th century. The parish is the second largest in Cornwall and there was a college of priests active here in 1066. Another carved cross of this type can be seen at Copplestone, near Crediton, in Devon, which has been credited as a Saxon rather than a Cornish creation

Gardens St Neot Cornwall
I think these gardens are part of the Doorstep Green initiative. The gardens are beautifully laid out and planted and close to the new primary school. St Neots church is seen in the background.
