Grade II listed Looe War Memorial
Located in Fore Street, East Looe at the edge of Looe Harbour. The Memorial to the people of Looe who served, and those who gave their lives, in the First World War was unveiled on May 14th 1921. After the Second World War, local people who fought in that conflict were also commemorated. Lance Corporal Paul Upton, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on February 25th 2009 is also commemorated on the Memorial.
Looe War Memorial was Grade II listed in 2017.
