Road to Blairgowrie, Dunkeld
The wall on the right has the gardens of the hotel - which are up the slope of the hill. This used to be the main road north but is now bypassed - though you can rejoin the A9 this way, when the bridges undermined by floods in 2004 are finally repaired.

This shop in Atholl Street sells cook, table and housewares, pottery, throws, rugs, gadgets and DIY, Scottish and Irish sweaters,
walking boots and other outdoor wear and a huge range of baskets.
It also has a nice floral display!
