The Old South Church, Crieff
It was built in 1882, and designed by JJ Stevenson in a Scots Gothic style. It closed in the 1990s and was later used as an antiques gallery, which closed in 2006. It deteriorated and was placed on the Buildings at Risk Register by Historic Scotland. Approval has now been given for this redundant church to be converted into a 13-bedroom hotel, to be called the Monzie Hotel http://www.thecourier.co.uk/news/local/perth-kinross/crowd-funding-bid-to-turn-at-risk-crieff-church-building-into-upmarket-hotel-1.554778 .
