Shore of Loch Leven with stacked slate waste
Large quantities of slate were quarried at Ballachulish. Some of the waste is in the foreground of the image, seemingly neatly stacked, perhaps for some structural purpose.
Mam na Gualainn is the distant mountain at the centre of the image.
