Eigg Yurts
In the garden of this cottage there are two yurts, available for rent as accommodation. Notice that the Image], photographed almost exactly three years earlier, is no longer there under the conifer beside the gate. You can also get a cuppa, home bakes and home-made ice-cream here.

Old Shop
The old shop, like the kirk and school, is between the two inhabited areas of the island, but unlike them is no longer in use. It has been converted into a museum with exhibits showing how it used to look, and interpretative displays about the geology, wildlife and other aspects of the island.
