Great Glen Project Station I Trig Point - No Flush Bracket
The Great Glen Project was a geological study of the crustal movement across the Great Glen. Around 15 pillars, both Hotine and Vanessa, were constructed. Most of the pillars have flush brackets, but are not shown on OS maps.

By the car park in Fort Augustus
A popular place with visitors with the loch tours and canal staircase. Absolutely hoaching and as I was to find out after a series of mechanical failures to both bike and car, extremely difficult to find accommodation or even a place on a bus in Summer.
