Notice in the doorway of Auchterarder Police Station. Not sure what the local Bobbies make of the pictures on the sign - look a bit like Blue T(w)its to me ;-)

Feus from the junction with Abbey Road
The A824 in the lower section of Auchterader. The road signs indicate the presence of Glenruthven Mill - which houses a museum of Auchterarder - an Auchterarder Station. The latter sign is quite amusing as the station closed as long ago as 1956 and the sign is recent - perhaps it has some significance to the locals?

A Docherty's Midland Coaches bus on the number 19 route descends Auchterarder High Street past the police station on its way to Perth. Behind, the tower of St.Andrews and West Church - now a furniture store - dominates the skyline. The vehicle is a Volvo B7RLE with Wright Eclipse bodywork.
