Advertising hoarding by traffic lights
Where A913 crosses a narrow bridge over the railway line, between Newburgh and Abernethy. West Greenside Farm is over the notice board on the left. The pylons on the skyline are carrying twin power lines over Pitcairlie Hill.

Cemetery near Abernethy
This is the 'new' Abernethy cemetery, opened in the 1950s and maintained by Perth & Kinross council. It occupies the narrow strip of land between the A913 and the railway line, which runs through a cutting behind the trees in this picture. The steep upper slopes of Pitcairlie Hill can be seen in the distance to the south.
