An 'ECO PROJECT' creation of Errol Primary School I believe. But who or why 'TAPIE'? Was the work inspired perhaps by the art of the Spanish artist Antoni Tapies? I would be happy to be enlightened.

Floral Display
The elaborate façade of this Victorian red brick house in the main street of Errol is a riot of coloured hanging baskets, but very hard to photograph well because the street is very narrow.
