Pitlochry: hotel with painted window
I did not get the name of the hotel as it appears it is exclusively on the first floor, as shops line the ground floor. The 'view through' the first-floor window facing the side-road is actually painted – see Image

Pitlochry Backpackers' Hotel
The Backpackers' Hotel is on Atholl Road, the main street through Pitlochry; it's more of a hostel than a hotel and is listed as such on, for example, the Independent Hostel Guide website.
