Dutch-style architecture
This small estate of houses in Rattray has a distinctly Dutch look to it, with typical upper windows and crow-step gables. They may possibly have some connection with the now-demolished nearby Erichtside Works, originally a linen mill, later used for paper and polythene manufacture
