Inn on the Park, Skegness
This former pub, built in 1879, which has been empty since 2007 is facing demolition as apparently East Lindsey District Council said it had exhausted all options for the Inn on the Park in Tower Gardens.
The building, was given to the people of Skegness by the Earl of Scarborough.
