Another Wainfleet windmill (or two)
The windmill tower at Bateman's Brewery is the best known, but there are several others, including this one next to the Queen's Estate.

Airey Houses in St. Micheal's Lane
I have taken the spelling from the street sign. It is spelt in the more conventional way on the Satellite Map. We always knew these houses as "pre-fabs". Airey houses were built after WW2 in rural areas as a solution to the poor condition of much of the housing stock outside Britain's conurbations. This was due to the 1930s depression.
