Storr's filling station, High Street, Wainfleet All Saints
With fuel lines suspended on pylons that can be swung out in the road to reach the filler caps of customers' cars. The feeling of time warp is added to by the (presumably necessary) attended service.

Medieval Buttercross, Wainfleet
A 15th-century limestone Buttercross (topped with a 19th-century finial and weathervane), from which John Wesley preached.
Its name originates from the fact that they were located at the market place, where people from neighbouring villages would gather to buy locally produced butter, milk and eggs. The fresh produce was laid out and displayed on the circular stepped bases of the cross.
Grade II listed structure.
