The Fountain
The fountain itself is no more, but the cast iron surround erected to mark the coronation of George V in 1911 is still a notable landmark in the town centre.

March, Dartford Road 2008
A recreation of "March, Dartford Road c1955" http://www.francisfrith.com/search/england/cambridgeshire/march/photos/march_M28031.htm in the Frith collection.The pavement on the left has been considerably widened. The Hippodrome now says BINGO instead of HIPPO and a dome has disappeared.
