Hugh Humphrey ploughing Len Andrew's land on Murrow Lane
A photo from our family archive - the title shows the information on the back of the photo, additional wording "..aged 16 years old ..." which allowed me to fix the year. I can't be 100% precise regarding the location on Murrow Lane but Mr Andrew's lived in this square.

Lakeside, Murrow
This is a relatively well-established carp fishery in mature surroundings, with a good head of decent carp and a horrible 54lb catfish which surfaces occasionally much to the horror of women and small children!
