The Coronation Channel
Looking from the Childers' North Drove bridge towards the Childers' South Drove bridge, just visible in the far distance. Built after the 1947 floods and opened in 1953, the Coronation Channel acts as an extra flood defence for Spalding and the surrounding countryside.
