Albion Street at Love Street
This is the site of St Mirren Park (better known as Love Street) which was demolished after the team moved to Ferguslie Park. Houses are being built behind the fence.

Cairters Corner
Cairters Corner was an area of the former St Mirren Park, which was the home of St Mirren FC from 1894 until 2009. It is located at the corner of Love Street (seen on the right) and Albion Street, which was the south east corner of the football ground.
Members of The Paisley Carters society user their horses and carts to move materials used in the construction of the ground 1894. This was done in return for lifetime free entry to the ground. During matches, the ‘Cairters’ (carters) congregated in this corner to support St Mirren.
