The Old Ferry Inn
It looks like this is about to be pulled down. There is a renovation sign but the scene looks quite final. This pub looks out across the Loch and has a wonderful vista. This was originally built in 1460 as a Wayfarer's Tavern and then rebuilt as a coaching inn, in 1756 and became known as St. Catherine's Hotel.

St Catherine's Hotel
Also bearing the name 'Old Ferry Inn', this is adjacent to the jetty from which the ferry to Inveraray used to run. Sadly this old coaching inn is closed and the ferry service to Inveraray no more.
