Scottish Crown Postbox, Tighnabruaich
Perched on the side of the Post Office where there is a narrow alleyway. I was unable to get a straighter image due to the narrow pavement and parked cars behind me.

When in use, it probably looked similar to this one: Image The slot has been covered with a metal plate and there is now a more modern postbox a few feet away: Image Someone has written "Kyles 1 Strachur 8" on the plate which I assume was a shinty score.

Tighnabruaich: the post office
The presence of the old postbox, in the side wall behind the current one, suggests that the post office has occupied these premises for many years. See Image
