Old sugar warehouses
The warehouses were severely damaged by fire in early 2007, but are now being made wind and watertight again. See also Image and Image which were taken exactly one year earlier. The banner refers to the return of the Tall Ships Race to Greenock in 2011 (it last visited in 1999).
