Oaken Holt Nursing Home
A victorian country house has been converted into a nursing and retirement home. The building is flanked by the southern edge of Wytham Great Wood and overlooks the Thames floodplain and the Farmoor Reservoir.

Oaken Holt nursing home Farmoor
Oaken Holt nursing home has introduced some animals to its grounds. Here are a donkey and a shetland pony. They are two of the animals that include three shetlands, two donkeys and some small cattle. The grounds are adjacent to part of Wytham wood and in May they are awash with bluebells.
