Huffkins Bakery & Tea Rooms (1), 35 High Street, Witney, Oxon
Popular and long established bakery with tea rooms. This family run firm was established in 1890 and also has a number of branches in other Cotswold towns. On the first floor are the offices of Stanger, Stacey & Mason, a firm of solicitors. The building is Grade II listed, dating from the late 18th century, and with a late Victorian shop front installed about 1880.

Witney Pet Centre
Boldly laying claim to that most hotly contested of titles, "the counties (sic) most interesting pet store", the shop is towards the northern end of the High Street.

Witney Congregational Church, 4 Welch Way, Witney
This was one of the congregational churches which did not become part of the United Reformed Church. It is a member of the Congregational Federation, which brings together independent free churches for mutual support through "a vision of unity in creative diversity".

Marriotts Walk, Witney (3)
The shopping centre, opened only six months ago, is not fully occupied yet although the main players, Marks and Spencer, and Debenhams are already here. This is a view north from Welch Way.

The Methodist Church, 40 High Street, Witney
Witney became a very strong centre of Methodism, and even today there are four or five Methodist churches and chapels still in use in the town. The Methodist Church in High Street was built in 1850.
