The Sow and Pigs, Poundon
Has changed hands three times in the two years since the previous picture was taken. More strikingly, now sports the Brakspears pub company logo The beers are Brakspears bitter and Oxford Gold ,from the Wychwood Brewery not Brakspears, just to confuse us. A remarkable survivor and still 'a fine hostelry'.

The Sow and Pigs Free House (Poundon)
A fine hostelry, located at the tee-junction as you emerge from Poundon village onto the road linking Stratton Audley Park to the Twyford/Marsh Gibbon road.
Often used as a watering hole for local ramblers and runners alike.
