The Radcliffe Observatory
The Radcliffe Observatory was designed of architect, Henry Keene. Building began in 1772 but was not completed until 1795. Green Templeton College garden
This quiet, enclosed garden was once the private domain of the Radcliffe Observer. Part of it is devoted to medicinal plants in keeping with the physick garden tradition of early scientific pursuits here.

Statue of Dr John Radcliffe
This two-metre high bronze statue of Dr John Radcliffe (1652-1714) stands on the south lawn of the Radcliffe Observatory at Green Templeton College; it was unveiled in 2018 and was commissioned to mark the 300th anniversary of Radcliffe's death in 1714. The statue was commissioned by the Ashmolean Museum, with finance from the Radcliffe Trustees and was sculpted by Martin Jennings.
