The Sweet Shop, High Street, Burford
My kind of shop, but unfortunately they didn't sell Burford rock. It's an in-joke. OK, I'll tell you. Every time we go out, which is usually to the coast, we buy our next door neighbours a stick of rock. On this occasion we'd been away for three days, but never got near the coast, so I went in the shop to see if they sold anything that would do as a substitute and they did.
