Great Bourton, The Bell Inn
Welcoming village pub opposite Image, from which it presumably takes its name. Internally, bar to left and front with darts, dining up stairs to right. Cask ales on offer at my visit: Hook Norton Bitter, Gold, Old Hooky. For some customer comments, see http://www.beerintheevening.com/pubs/s/18/18830/Bell_Inn/Great_Bourton

Great Bourton
The most prominent feature of this village is the unusual detached church bell tower - said to be one of only three in England. The Bell Inn on the left was destroyed by fire in the 1920s and subsequently re-built. Although hard to believe now, Great Bourton was once a centre for nail-making.
