CENTRAL FEATURE IN THE TOWNS ARMORIAL BEARINGS.
THE SPANDRELS WERE MADE BY SCULPTOR AVRIL WILSON
AND COMMISSIONED BY CHERWELL DISTRICT COUNCIL.
THIS COMMEMORATIVE PLAQUE WAS UNVEILED BY
