This church was almost entirely rebuilt in 1862, although the 14th century tower is original.

Bird on the tower
The tower is part of Little Wittenham Manor and the bird you see channels the water off the top (I think it is a swan in flight). It was made by an sculptor who was a friend of the owner Sir Martin Wood who started off Oxford Instruments (guess where the material came from). I remember seeing him with it at the factory.
