MG Garden (1), Ock Street, Abingdon, Oxon
The famous MG sports cars were made in Abingdon for many years. To commemorate the link and the marque's history, this small garden was officially opened on the 24th July 2014, a few days after these photographs were taken. The park has been developed by the MG Car Club and Abingdon Town Council. The garden is between Ock Street and the River Ock, and bounded on one side by Drayton Road. This view shows the famous MG logo in tiles, with seats around. Image Image
