Apart from the van and cones this was the view I saw on the first day I started work where I was met by the apprentice supervisor. This was the administration block for Hydraulics Research Station.

Howbery Park house
I came along here for the Thames run which starts from the front of Howbery Park house here in front. This was the administration building for the research station when I was an apprentice at the site. The place was built for William Seymour Blackstone http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Seymour_Blackstone
