Peel Street, Littleborough, Lancashire
A double-decker of the West Yorkshire PTE waits in Peel Street to depart for Burnley. Although operated by a Yorkshire organisation, both termini of this route are in Lancashire. The route has since been extended through to Rochdale at its southern end. Holy Trinity parish church is seen in the background.

The Wheatsheaf, Littleborough
The Wheatsheaf is a public house and restaurant located on Railway Street in central Littleborough, in the Metropolitan Borough of Rochdale, Greater Manchester, England.
The pub occupies a Grade II listed building, known as The Roundhouse, which was built in the early 1860s. Although the three-story pub has been altered extensively over the years, some original internal features still exist. A public house called "The Wheatsheaf" has existed on the same site in Littleborough from as far back as 1780.
