Parish Church of St James, Oldham
The Parish Church of St James is located on Barry Street in Oldham, Greater Manchester, England. It was opened in 1829 for the congregation of the then newly created Parish of Saint James and Saint Ambrose in the Anglican Diocese of Manchester; this makes it the oldest Church of England church building in the town of Oldham - older than the "main" Parish Church of St Mary in the town centre which was (re)built a year later in 1830.
