Minor Road off Union Street
This minor road is up the side of the disused insurance building on Union Street. Note the glazed tiles to select the light into the street.

Old insurance building
Picture Image taken just the other side of arch which is further away on the building. This picture has historical interest since Union Street is currently a building site while they prepare for Metrolink to come into Oldham centre. The old insurance building is currently disused. Hopefully any regeneration due to Metrolink will find a use for it.

Peter Street Oldham
This is the junction of Peter Street and Union Street in the centre of Oldham.
The building on the left in the foreground is Tweedale House Job Centre.
The large building covered in scaffolding, under going major refurbishment, is Phoenix House the local inland revenue and social security offices.
