Spindles Car Park Oldham
This is the circular down ramp of the 950 space six storey car park in Spindles Shopping Centre Oldham. With only a few ticket machines, located on alternate parking levels two, four and six, it can be a nightmare at weekends with large queues waiting to pay for an exit ticket.

Oldham - George Street Chapel
Former Independent Methodist Chapel on George Street, Oldham. In July 2012 owned by Age Oldham, who are planning to convert it into a resource and heritage centre. The chapel opened in 1816 and closed in 1990. The congregation was actually formed in 1805 under the leadership of Joseph Mately when they broke away from St Peter's church. The chapel was built over a basement divided into four cottages, now a rare survival known as 'cellar dwellings'. The Heritage Lottery Fund has awarded £1m to conserve the chapel, and match funding has been approved by the Andrew Lloyd Webber Challenge Fund and English Heritage.
