Houses in Waterloo Road, Grade II listed
Numbers 9, 10 and 11 were constructed in 1869 as a single development. With Victoria Terrace in an l shaped configuration. They were intended to be used as lodging houses specifically for the seaside leisure market. But by the early 21st century, the buildings had been converted to residential flats rather than lodging houses and many have undergone alteration and modernisation.
