It is located near the centre of the village. It consists a chancel, nave & south Porch in the decorated & perpendicular style. The stained glass in the east window > http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2204801 is by Caroline Swash and was installed in June 1985.

St Mary's Church, Hemsby
From genealogical sites I have learned that some of my 'ag lab' (agricultural labourer) ancestors lived in 'Vicarage Lane' in Hemsby - the vicarage is now a posh restaurant ... hopefully it serves produce provided by local 'ag labs' who enjoy much better conditions than those endured by my forebears.
