A large modern food-orientated public house operated by Marston's. Being on a business park, it is conveniently situated for staff and customers of the businesses located there. These includes a medical practice and pharmacy. The Running Horse opened in June 2011.

Roundabout at junction of Trinity Road & Hawthorn Way, Fakenham, Norfolk
This roundabout makes a change from the mini-roundabouts which are so popular at present. However visibility of what is coming around this roundabout from the opposite direction is not very good. A drastic clipping of the bushes would help, in my personal opinion.
