Old Milepost by Fakenham Road, north of East Barsham
Cast iron post by the UC road, in parish of BARSHAM (NORTH NORFOLK District), 150yds North of crossroads, in roadside bank, on East side of road. Thos Brown (Burnham Market) iron casting, erected by the Wells to Fakenham turnpike trust in the 19th century.

Barsham Manor, East Barsham
Grade I listed Tudor brick manor house. See http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/search/details.aspx?pid=2&id=223496 for details.
This picture barely gives a glimpse of an extraordinary house. Popping Barsham Manor into Google Images takes you a bit further. Apparently its carved and moulded brickwork bears comparison with the finest such as that at Hampton Court
