The line looking towards Wymondham mainline station. This spur is used for incoming stock and freight and storage.

Bridge 1671 over the Southern Connection
About half a mile of track connects Wymondham Abbey station and Network Rail, this section is normally freight and rail tours only. However for the first time at a gala tracks went the furthest they could go. The line on the right is a siding.

Remains of the Telegraphing System
Ironically the telegraph signalling system lasted longer on the main line than it did on the preserved line. Finally coming down on the Breckland line April 2009.

Spare Track on the Mainline Connecting Spur
Track panels have been stacked high for storage. This is on the Southern part of the Mid Norfolk railway which is usually closed to passengers, however gala trains went down to the network rail boundary.
