The car is in front of The Information Shop, where Torfaen County Borough Council hold a customer surgery fortnightly on Wednesdays between 11am and 1pm. The surgery is intended mainly for people who find it difficult to travel to the council's Pontypool Customer Centre in the Civic Centre, Pontypool.
