Red phonebox in Tredegar
Located between Glyn Terrace and Pochin Crescent. At the early September 2013 date of this view, phoneboxes have disappeared from, or are no longer functioning in, many parts of the UK, because of the widespread use of mobile phones. However, in many rural areas, mobile phone signals are weak or non-existent, so perhaps these iconic phoneboxes will still be seen in some places for years to come...
