Cycle Route 88 direction sign, Claremont, Newport
On the left here https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6159573 the sign on a lamppost at the edge of a grass triangle shows the way to National Cycle Network Route 88. Route 88 is a proposed coastal route from Newport to Margam Country Park via Cardiff and Bridgend. At the May 2019 date of this photo, only short sections of the route are open.
