Jogger on the Rowan Way pavement, Malpas, Newport
Viewed on March 28th 2020 during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic. UK Government imposed restrictions in force at the date of this photo are that people must not leave their houses. The few exceptions include going to/returning from essential work which cannot be done at home or shopping for food. Another exception is for exercise, which applies to the jogger and cameraman.
