Bowed windows of Bridge Street
A terrace of narrow but deep houses each with a bowed window onto the street climb the slight hill of Bridge Street in Chepstow. Viewed from the castle battlements it can be seen that each of these narrow houses has two pitched roofs forming a valley along the length of the terrace.
