The Priory Church of St Mary, Usk
The origins of the Priory Church of St Mary date from around the 1170s when it was established as a Benedictine Nunnery by Richard 'Strongbow' de Clare. After the Dissolution of the nunnery in 1536 it became the town's parish church.
