Footpath through Becket's Park
Becket's Park is a traditional park along the bank of the River Nene. It provides a pleasant. green space near to the centre of Northampton. The park takes its name from Thomas Becket who is reputed to have drank from a nearby well in 1164.

Midsummer Meadow
This car park used to be an open-air swimming pool or lido. I believe the water has heated by the nearby power station as was. The car park and nearby toilets have a seedy reputation. Apparently.
