Holy Trinity church, Denford
Most of the church was built between 1275 and 1290. In the C14 new windows were inserted into the south aisle and the clerestory was added. Restorations were carried out in 1864 and 1897.

The backwater of the River Nene at Denford
The middle section of water is usually meadow, leading to the river proper. The photo was taken by Robin Chambers on an ordinary camera phone, and is completely untouched. He was standing on the bank with the village behind him
