Built in 1936 to a design by prolific cinema architect William Riddell Glen. Grade II listed, described at this https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1249275. Another example of a former cinema in use either as a public house or religious centre.

G.T. Hawkins factory, Northampton
The royal warrant is proudly displayed: "By appointment to Her Majesty the Queen Riding Footwear Manufacturers", but sadly it seems this was not enough to save the business; the building is derelict and decaying rapidly. The small 'We have vacancies for:' sign below the royal coat of arms is a poignant reminder of happier days.
